OpenSigner (opensigner.online) is operated by Darshan Vijay Hegde, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This policy explains what data we handle. In short, we never receive your documents.

Your documents

PDFs you open, the signatures you draw, type or upload, PDF passwords, and the signed files are processed only in your browser's memory. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. We cannot see, store, recover or delete them, because we never have them.

Data stored on your device

Your browser's local storage keeps your preferences: theme, signer name and role, your last signature image, Pro branding, templates and license key. This data stays on your device. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser. A service worker caches the app's code so it works offline.

Purchases

If you buy Pro, payment is processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited under its own privacy policy. We receive and store your email address, the order and payment IDs, the amount, and the license we issue, so that we can deliver and validate your license, handle refunds and meet legal and tax obligations. We never receive your full card, UPI or bank details.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the service. We do not use advertising trackers on OpenSigner.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the purchase data we hold about you by emailing drhegdedarshan@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
