What OpenSigner is
OpenSigner is a browser-based tool that places electronic signature marks on PDF files, adds a completion certificate, and applies a SHA-256 tamper-evidence seal. Your responsibilities
- Only sign documents you are authorised to sign, and only with your own signature.
- Decide whether a simple electronic signature is legally suitable for your document. Some documents, such as wills, negotiable instruments and property transfers, may need other forms of execution.
- Keep your own copies. We never receive your files and cannot recover them.
- Don't use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
