Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free plan

The free plan costs nothing and needs no cancellation.

Pro refunds

If Pro isn't right for you, email drhegdedarshan@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase (this applies to both the 12-month and the 30-day license) with your payment ID and we will refund the full amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

Pro, whether the 12-month or the 30-day license, is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Once a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated.

Delivery

Pro is a digital license. It is delivered instantly in your browser after successful payment, and nothing is shipped. If you paid but did not receive a license, email us with your payment ID and we will resolve it within 2 working days.
